1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the GFix platform operated by G Fix Technologies Sdn Bhd ("GFix", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, requesting or providing a service, or otherwise using GFix, you agree to the Terms applicable to your role and action. If you do not agree, do not proceed with that use.
2. GFix Platform Role
GFix provides technology and operational workflows for requesting, assigning, coordinating, paying for, documenting, and supporting services. Depending on the job, work may be performed by an approved independent technician/subcontractor or an internal GFix service-team technician. The identity and assignment shown by the backend are the source of truth for the job.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers must provide accurate registration and booking information, protect their credentials, and use only their own account. Account access may require password or phone verification. Customers are responsible for reviewing service, price, schedule, payment, cancellation, and consent information before confirming an action.
4. Technician and Subcontractor Accounts
Technicians must provide accurate application, identity, company, service-category, coverage-area, experience, bank, and verification information. Approval is not automatic. Technicians may accept and work only jobs made available to their authenticated account and must follow the status, consent, completion, communication, privacy, and safety requirements shown in GFix.
5. Internal GFix Service Team
GFix may assign an approved internal-team technician whose eligibility and job visibility differ from an external subcontractor. The app identifies the assigned technician and applicable workflow. Internal-team treatment does not remove customer duties or job-specific terms.
6. Service Availability
Services, categories, locations, technicians, time slots, payment choices, and support channels may vary. A submitted request is not a promise that a technician, schedule, or provider service will always be available. GFix may reject or cancel requests that cannot be safely or lawfully fulfilled.
7. Fixed-Price Services
The launched booking flow uses the fixed service price returned by GFix, subject to any backend-calculated payment-option adjustment clearly shown before payment. Customers should review the payable amount before proceeding. The mobile app does not set or independently calculate gateway adjustment rates.
8. Service Scope
Only service and pricing modes made available in the current GFix interface are offered. A request description, photo, or chat does not create an unapproved quotation feature or authorise work outside the booked service. Any material or workforce records shown during completion are operational records and do not replace the confirmed fixed-price contract unless GFix expressly presents and records a separate approved agreement.
9. Booking and Scheduling
Customers must provide a reachable service location, sufficient description, accurate preferred date/time, and safe access conditions. Preferred timing is a request and may depend on technician acceptance and coordination. A job's status and recorded timestamps reflect its current workflow state.
10. Technician Assignment
Eligible technicians may see and accept searching jobs according to GFix matching and visibility rules. Once accepted, the assigned technician may receive service details needed to carry out the job. Direct customer phone numbers are not intended to be exposed in technician job cards; approved in-app channels should be used.
11. Payments
Payment methods and status are controlled by GFix. A job may require verified payment before it becomes available to technicians. The customer must pay the amount shown by the backend and should not treat an unverified screenshot, pending provider status, or failed transaction as confirmed payment.
12. Manual Payment Proof
Where offered, a customer may upload payment proof for administrator verification. Uploading proof does not itself verify payment. False, altered, duplicate, or unrelated proof may be rejected and may lead to restriction or investigation.
13. Billplz and Payment Gateway
Where Billplz is enabled, GFix selects the configured payment-option group and collection, creates the bill, and records provider references and status. The provider may present supported payment methods under that collection. Provider availability, redirects, bank authorisation, and settlement are also subject to the provider's terms. GFix does not promise that a provider transaction will always be available or succeed.
14. Wallet Credit
GFix Wallet Credit is an account-linked service credit recorded in the wallet ledger. It is not represented as a bank account or cash-withdrawal facility. Approved top-ups and eligible refunds affect the balance only after the corresponding ledger entry is created. Full wallet coverage may be required when wallet payment is selected.
15. Points
Points are account-linked promotional records, do not represent cash, and are governed by the active points settings. Eligible jobs may earn points only when closed, using the rule captured for that job. Available reward items, cost, market visibility, and redemption effect are controlled by GFix. Current usable rewards may be limited to wallet credit.
16. Cancellations
Cancellation availability depends on job status. A searching job may follow an immediate cancellation path; an accepted, on-the-way, or arrived job may require an administrator review. In-progress and later states may not permit customer cancellation through the current flow. The app and backend response determine whether a request is accepted.
17. Refunds
Under the current approved workflow, eligible paid cancellations are normally refunded as GFix Wallet Credit, not as an automatic Billplz, bank, or cash refund. Eligibility, amount, duplicate protection, and status are determined by the payment and wallet records. Other cases require review and are not promised in advance.
18. Job Completion
A technician may progress only through permitted lifecycle actions and may submit completion photos and remarks for an in-progress job. Backend confirmation is the source of truth. Completion starts the applicable monitoring period; it does not by itself erase payment, dispute, rating, or support rights.
19. Monitoring and Disputes
After completion, the job may enter a 48-hour monitoring state. A customer may confirm no problem or raise a dispute through the available flow. Dispute descriptions, evidence, chat, completion records, and status history may be reviewed by authorised GFix personnel. A closure or dispute decision follows the current backend/admin process.
20. Ratings and Reviews
Ratings must reflect a genuine completed job and must not be abusive, misleading, discriminatory, or unrelated. GFix may review content for platform safety and integrity. A technician's aggregate rating and approved public profile may be shown to relevant customers.
21. Chat and Communications
Text chat is available only in permitted job states and is retained with the job record. Users must communicate respectfully and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. GFix may access job chat for support, safety, dispute, fraud, or legal purposes. Chat is not represented as end-to-end encrypted.
22. Phone and Calling
GFix currently records privacy-safe call attempts and may show an unavailable calling state. This does not promise a completed app-to-app voice call. Users should rely only on calling features that the app and backend show as enabled, and should not expect direct phone numbers to be disclosed.
23. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide truthful service details, ensure lawful and safe access, protect people and property at the location, follow payment instructions, treat technicians respectfully, inspect completion information, and raise concerns through GFix without misuse or harassment.
24. Technician Responsibilities
Technicians must maintain accurate approval information, accept only suitable jobs, use customer/job data only for the assigned service, follow safety and legal requirements, update statuses honestly, protect documents and credentials, provide accurate completion records, and avoid off-platform misuse of customer information.
25. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not impersonate another person, submit false proof or documents, manipulate payments or ledgers, bypass permissions, scrape or attack the service, misuse location or personal data, harass others, arrange unlawful services, introduce malicious content, or use GFix in a way that harms users, providers, or the platform.
26. Uploaded Content
You must have the right to submit content and must avoid unnecessary third-party personal data. You authorise GFix to store, process, display to authorised recipients, and use uploaded content as needed to deliver, verify, support, secure, and document the service. Ownership is not transferred merely by upload.
27. Safety
Users must not proceed with unsafe, illegal, or materially different work. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate public emergency service rather than relying on GFix. GFix support or hotline features are not a substitute for police, fire, ambulance, medical, utility, or other emergency services.
28. Platform and Service Availability
GFix takes reasonable steps to operate the service but does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular technician, exact arrival time, or continuous availability of third-party systems. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
29. Suspension and Termination
GFix may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, repeated rule breaches, unsafe conduct, false information, legal compliance, unresolved payment risk, or protection of users. A user may request account deletion through the published process; temporary deactivation is not represented as full deletion.
30. Intellectual Property
GFix names, branding, software, interface, documentation, and platform content belong to G Fix Technologies Sdn Bhd or its licensors. Users receive only the limited right to use the service for its intended purpose and must not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse protected material except where law permits.
31. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the GFix Privacy Policy. Job-specific and account-specific data is also subject to role-based access, consent records, and applicable law.
32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subject to any mandatory consumer or statutory process, disputes that cannot be resolved through GFix support may be referred to the courts or other competent authorities in Malaysia.
33. Changes to these Terms
GFix may update these public Terms as the service or law changes. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Booking, acceptance, and other actions that require specific consent continue to record the active operational version presented at that time.
